With its easy built-in infrastructure, agents affiliated with IM are sure to succeed with the proper tools and motivation. As an agent with IM and ECM your primary focus would be supporting the models you recruit with promotional services, acting as a creative force to help your model with tips on how to make their shows more engaging, assistance with naming their show titles, and helping them explore their unique niche. Your goal is to ensure comfort-ability with your models and ease with the use of the IM system. It is important that agents representing ECM exhibit professionalism, respect, open-mindedness, care, drive, motivation, and a likeness for support and success. Not only are you maximizing profits for your models, you are maximizing profits for yourself. The more engaged you are with your models, the more engaged they’ll be about streaming consistently. This position is 100% commission with zero cap on earnings.

Webcam Agent Responsibilities:

• Utilize marketing tools provided to recruit and promote your models.
• Create different ways to recruit models.
• Track your earnings and provide weekly check-ins with your models.
• Offer support and mentorship for your models.
• Participate in support group meetings on discord.
• Assist and support models with streaming online to ensure comfort and safety.
• Though not required, agents may act as a moderator for their assigned models on the cam site if granted permission by model. Be sure to consult with your model and you must act as a moderator only, not a customer.
• Participate in weekly agent check-ins to go over progress and provide support to anyone on the team in need of help.

Qualifications:

Webcam Agents with ECM must be driven, friendly, respectful, creative, supportive, trustworthy, honest, helpful, and professional. No experience necessary, training kits will be provided to help you get started.

• Create your own consistent schedule.
• 10% commissions on gross income of your models, none of your commissions get taken from your models. Models still receive 60% to 70% of their own earnings. IM splits their share with agents. This builds trust when you are selling your services to your potential models.
